Tenuta Bellafonte extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from olives from our olive grove, mostly of the moraiolo variety, the remainder frantoio and leccino.
The moraiolo and the clayey soils rich in marly rocks give our oil an intense fruity flavour, slightly spicy and with great longevity.
Our olive trees are not treated. The olives are harvested between October and November and immediately cold-pressed. With very low acidity and rich in polyphenols, our oil is especially suitable for raw dressings.
