The territory of Montefalco, and more generally the Umbria region, can boast a deep-rooted tradition not only in terms of reds but also of white wines. Wines of particular freshness, intriguing in structure and surprising in their ability to evolve, which have always, thanks also to a particular gastronomic vocation, accompanied on the table the typical reds of the territory.

Sperella is produced from grapes from the youngest vineyards of Tenuta Bellafonte. Only the free-run must is left to ferment spontaneously at a controlled temperature before maturing for about 5 months on its yeasts in steel tanks only. Once bottled, it rests in glass for a few months before being put on the market, the spring following the harvest. Unfiltered.
