Maestà Quattro Chiavi Umbria Red IGT
A few years after the birth of Pomontino we decided to make a selection of the best Sangiovese grapes and let the wine rest for 36 months in large oak barrels.
This is how Maestà Quattro Chiavi was born, a wine of great refinement composed of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Sagrantino.

We work with whole grapes with a small part of whole bunch. After months of natural decantation in steel, the wine is taken to large Slavonian oak barrels where it rests for 36 months. Minimum 10 months in bottle.
