A great wine comes from a great terroir and a precise production philosophy. A solid foundation of certainties, many small agronomic details and the aim to improve daily following nature’s teachings.
The vines are grown with care: they are fertilized with manure from selected stables, an important practice that serves to nourish the plants naturally and improve the soil structure and vitality.
All the works in the vineyard are carried out regularly and with the help of mechanical tools which allow to air the soil and roots in a natural way avoiding the use of chemical herbicides. The most delicate operations are carried out manually: pruning, leaf removal, green harvest and of course the final harvest itself.
